Refund Policy

Adscare’s refund policy is based on the refund conditions that we have agreed with our clients. Clients are responsible for paying all fees when using Adscare’s services, regardless of whether their advertising campaign is successful or unsuccessful.

Refund Conditions

  • Clients accept all Adscare terms and pay all fees before onboarding.
  • Clients must provide complete and accurate information about the products/services they want to run ads on, including prohibited or restricted items/videos.
  • Clients must inform their Account Manager about product or creative changes before the advertising campaign is launched.
  • Clients must comply with the advertising policies of each platform on which they are running ads.
  • Clients must inform their Account Manager about account abnormalities such as restrictions, unapproved campaigns, etc.

Refund Balance

  • Refund balance: Adscare will refund the unspent amount in the advertising account that Adscare provided if the client does not violate the Refund Conditions stated above (this amount does not include taxes and account rental fees that Adscare has been charged before).
  • Payment method: Adscare will refund according to the original payment method between Adscare and the clients (Payoneer, USDT/BUSD, etc). Refund time depends on the payment method.

During the time of using the service, Adscare has the right to terminate cooperation if it finds that the clients has unethical behavior or does not comply with previously agreed conditions.
